Method of Payment Forms

  • Am I as a parent, or my company obliged to return the method of payment form?
    Yes,  you are obliged to return the method of payment form in order to confirm your place in school for the next school year.
  • Do we receive a confirmation of receipt of my method of payment form?
    No immediate confirmation is made, but make sure you have received an invoice by mid-April latest. Contact ish.secondary@ishthehague.nl if at all concerned.

Confirmations

  • What if I am unable to confirm by March 1st that my son/daughter will be in the Netherlands next school year?
    Please do still confirm your place by submitting the method of payment form, in order to guarantee your place in school. A later cancellation could mean that you lose your deposit only.
  • Do we receive confirmation of a place in school for the next school year?
    Your confirmation is your invoice. Please be aware that this does not apply to students of concern or if you have fees outstanding, both cases for which you will have been notified.
  • For a student in Year 11 when can confirmation of a place on the IB Diploma Programme be expected?
    Normally by the end of April. Exceptions include students who are not fulfilling the criteria for a subject package for Year 12. Please note these students may have received an invoice during the administrative process.

Withdrawal forms

  • For a student in Year 6 is a withdrawal form necessary?
    No, it is not necessary if the student is continuing into Year 7 as your deposit will be transferred from the ISH Primary to ISH Secondary account.
  • For a student in Year 13 is a withdrawal form necessary?
    No it is not necessary.

Status

  • How can I, or my company best check the current financial status of the school fees due?

  • Why are all students in Year 7 considered as new students?
    Because ISH Primary and ISH Secondary are two separate legal entities housed within the same building.

Invoices

  • I have opted for payment in instalments, but received an invoice for the full amount?
    The invoice is always for the full amount due, important to note is that on the invoice itself it will state ‘payment in instalments’ and not just 'payment within 30 days'.
