Students are the heart of the Primary Special Education Needs (SEN) and the Secondary Learning Support and Counselling (LS & C) at the ISH. In collaboration with students, parents and staff we work to support the diverse needs of our community, guiding the development of the student and enriching their lives. The term 'Health Officer' has been chosen to reflect the specialized and unique nursing practice provided within the school setting. Click here to view our Health Office section.
In partnership with students, parents and teachers we aim to identify students with emotional, social or learning needs, and seek to develop realistic support services that enrich their lives.Students talking about any worries and problems they may have is the start of helping them sort them out.
