As stated elsewhere the ISH is, by virtue of being part of a Dutch national educational foundation, subsidised by the Dutch government. This subsidy allows us to offer our high quality international education at competitive price. Though owned by the Rijnlands Lyceum Foundation, legally our Primary school works in co-operation and partnership with The Eerste Nederlandse Montessori School.
As a whole school we are members of the European Council of International Schools. (ECIS)
In addition the Primary school is a member of the group of the Dutch International Primary Schools (DIPS), a group of 12 international primary schools in the Netherlands who are linked with Dutch national schools and are thus government subsidised. We share aspects of teacher induction and staff training.
