Schedule
ISH primary staff will assume responsibility for your child at 08:15 by supervising them in
the school playground. Children enter the school building when their teacher comes to collect their class
from the playground. Supervision is provided until 15.15.

Please note that on Wednesday lessons finish at 12:30 for R-Y6.
Absence
Please telephone the school before 09:00, if your child will miss school due to illness or any
other reason. Please see the regulations section for more information on requests for leave.
Arrival at School
Parents are responsible for the arrival of their children, at the correct time. Parents
will be contacted if their child consistently arrives late or arrives too early when there
is no supervision. Late arrivals will be recorded in the school reports.
If your child is not in school and we have not heard from you by 9.15 we shall need to
contact you to ensure your child's safety.
Collecting Children from School
Teachers will personally hand your child to you at the end of the school day, or to an
authorised adult, whom you have placed in charge of your child. Children should be collected from
school within 5 minutes of closing time. Supervision ends at 15:15. Any child who has to leave school
for an appointment during school hours must be collected by a parent or guardian who should report to
the administration office.
If you allow your child to leave school alone at the end of each day (Year 6 only) a letter
of notification should be sent to the office and should be renewed annually.
