Complaints procedure

Our dedication lies in delivering quality education within a supportive school environment. Should you encounter any issues despite our best endeavours, we encourage an open dialogue. Initially, we advise addressing concerns directly with the involved teacher(s) or individual(s). If resolution remains elusive, the Principal will facilitate discussions to seek a satisfactory outcome.

Should you find the matter unresolved within the school's scope, you have the option to escalate your concern to either the Executive Board of the Stichting Het Rijnlands Lyceum or the Landelijke Klachtencommissie Onderwijs (LKC), the National Education Complaints Committee.
