Our school canteen provides food for both the Primary and Secondary School, based on their concept "Food You Love" we try to surprise our students with a range of varied, tasty, and healthy food options.
In Primary you can get a lunch subscription for a year. There are two options:
These rates are based on 145 days of lunches.
You can sign up for the subscription at the school canteen. We would like to ask you to pay for the year subscription through a (PIN) bank transaction at our counter. You will receive a payment and subscription validation. We will create a personal pass for your child, which we will keep in our possession to make sure that it won’t get lost.
What is the Scoolcard?
Scoolcard is a pre-paid debit card, which allows a safe and easy way to make payment transactions at school. You can manage the balance of the card online with the use of a personal account. There are different ways to make a deposit on your Scoolcard account, like PayPal. A benefit of the Scoolcard system is the possibility to monitor the eating patterns of the student. We can use this information to give students valuable insight into their eating patterns.
The balance on your scoolcard can be tranferred back to your bank card at any time.
Unfortunately, it is no longer viable for our catering contractor Markies to provide lunches in primary. Therefore all primary students must come with a healthy packed lunch. We will be revisiting this for next year when the interim contract expires and we look at our catering options across the whole school.
