Non teaching staff at ISH are referred to as support staff and bring expertise from a variety of sectors. Roles can involve directly working with academic staff or working behind the scenes to help ensure teaching and learning is as effective as possible. Our support teams are an integral part of the ISH Community.

Careers Coordinator (0.8 - 1.0 FTE)

We are looking for a compassionate, organised and resilient Careers Coordinator to lead the Careers Team (on either a part-time or a full-time basis) as soon as possible. The Team, consisting of the Careers Coordinator and two Careers Counsellors, provides guidance and support for students from Years 9-13. The Team provides general and personalised support for the whole school community in terms of decision-making around subject choices, tertiary education and the world of work. Students are supported and encouraged to be independent and proactive about making connections between their interests and the world of study and work.

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to join our team and play a central role in preparing a digital quality manual for our school. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments, managers, and stakeholders to develop a comprehensive quality management system that enhances operational efficiency and ensures compliance with legal guidelines and frameworks.

Facility Building Management Coordinator - 1.0FTE

As part of the ongoing improvement process of the school, we are looking for an experienced facilities professional who is responsible for the operational coordination of facility activities and projects, such as school building maintenance, new construction and renovations/alterations. The Building Management Coordinator is responsible to ensure the best possible working conditions for the staff and a safe learning environment for our students.
