Our Primary Students have their say
Posted 16/11/2018 13:42

On Friday 9th November, 87 children from Year 3 to 6 met with Miss Lawrence to share their ideas about what we could do to raise money to help both our local and global community. The students that were invited to the meeting were students that had tried to become a member of the student council and the newly elected members of the student council.

Our aim was to include as many ideas as possible throughout the year. Some of the ideas were going to help local charities like the Kika foundation and others were going to help global causes like the Movember Foundation with the return of our Daily K run. Our student voices are important and we want them to be heard. The speellokaal buzzed with energy and ideas throughout the entire meeting, and all these ideas have now been collected and will be analysed this week by the student council. An action plan will be drawn up in the upcoming weeks.
